Mainstream Home Improvement opened its doors July 31, 2001. Jeff Wroblewski and Spencer Sierra, the two owners of the company, had a vision of building a home improvement company that would build lasting relationships with its customers. They believed word of mouth advertising was the key for a small business to succeed. Keeping your customers happy will lead to referrals and additional work to your customer’s home.

We believe that once a homeowner signs a purchase agreement with our company, it is our responsibility to make sure they are comfortable with their decision. Each homeowner will be updated throughout the entire installation process. A nightly phone call from our Office Manager, Marci Boswell, will be made to answer any questions the homeowner may have. Dave Flores, Production Manager, visits each job site on a daily basis. During the installation Dave will make sure everything is running smooth and each homeowner is aware of everything that is going on. Our professional installers have the knowledge and experience to make your home beautiful. We treat each home as if it was our own. Once a job is completed, Dave will perform our Victory Lap with the homeowner. The Victory Lap consists of an overall inspection of the job with the homeowners. The inspection includes such things as checking the operation of the product, making sure all windows are cleaned (inside and out), all exterior walls on a siding project are cleaned, and a walk around the house to make sure the job site is clean. The homeowners’ only sign our Victory Lap when they are 100% satisfied. The owners and production manager grade each home improvement project. We are not a perfect company and are always listening to our customers to find ways to improve.

After a project is completed we are not a company that forgets about our customers. We believe service after the sale is extremely important. Each customer has put his or her trust in our company and now after the installation it is time for us to show you what your trust means to us. We will always take care of our customers!
