“The journey of deciding, shopping, and installing new windows became a desperate desire to get to the end.

However, during the shopping tour I came upon the first key person of Mainstream Home Improvement. As with the other companies, the process was on track. But, I became aware that I was learning about some very special windows through a presentation that did not speak down on any other company or their product. The day of installation arrived, but so did the worst kind of weather. Four expert and brave window installers, started in the living room and kitchen, but after 4 hours of pouring rain driven by high winds they gave up. Taking out the windows leaves the house open to possible damage due to weather. The weather was better the next 2 days and the windows and 2 doors were completely installed.

The young men were so very polite, quiet talking and went about their business very efficiently. The neatness was extraordinary. The end result is windows that look wonderful, allow for a very quiet interior and are cost effective for any kind of weather. There are no words big enough to say thanks to the hardworking individuals working for Mainstream Home Improvement. I would recommend to all who ask that there is no other company in the Quad Cities better qualified.

Talking with him that short time made us feel like we knew Jeff for a long time. We set up an appointment with him to give us an estimate for siding on our home. When he completed the survey of the house he came in and sat down and went over everything. Brenda liked the way he conducted himself, not only as a professional, but also as a person. The crew that was here during the siding installation was very professional. When there was an opportunity we were able to talk with them about any problems and work together with them to get any issues at hand solved and then move on with no hard feelings.
