We Love Our Customers

Mainstream Home Improvement opened its doors July 31, 2001. Jeff Wroblewski and Spencer Sierra, the two owners of the company, had a vision of building a home improvement company that would build lasting relationships with its customers. They believed word of mouth advertising was the key for a small business to succeed. Keeping your customers happy will lead to referrals and additional work to your customer's home.

Mainstream successfully followed the plan in the years to come. They won many awards and have built many great relationships with their customers.

Mainstream Home Improvement Recently Won The Rock Island Recycling Award from "Keep Rock Island Beautiful," a local affiliate of the National Keep America Beautiful Program. Carolyn Fuller, Executive Director of Keep Rock Island Beautiful presented the award to the managerial staff of Mainstream Home Improvement in recognition of the company's shingle recycling plan.

In 2008 Mainstream Home Improvement had a big decision to make when the state of Illinois passed the Illinois Employee Classification Act. (Iowa is soon to follow). The Act provides that any individual performing services for a company/contractor must be classified as an employee, except under very limited circumstances. Mainstream knew the home improvement industry was in for a big change. They knew they had to act fast and remain a leader in the home improvement industry.

Mainstream decided to join forces with Aaron Faulk, who has over 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry. Aaron has helped home improvement companies over the years by providing superior installation. Mainstream has had a great working relationship with Aaron over the past 5 years. Mainstream knew it made sense to have Aaron become an equal partner in the business. Aaron was going to take Mainstream's installation department to a level of excellence that has not been seen before in this area.

We believe once a homeowner joins our growing family of customers, it's our responsibility to make them feel important throughout the entire process. We truly want them to have a great experience with our company. Each homeowner will receive a nightly phone call from our office manager, Marci Boswell, to answer any questions they may have about their project. We want to make sure our customers are happy with us on a daily basis. Aaron and David Flores, production manager, visit each job site daily. They will make sure everything is running smooth and each homeowner is aware of everything going on with their project.

We always want our customers to feel comfortable with all of our EMPLOYEES. Once a job is completed, Aaron or Dave will perform our Victory Lap with the homeowner. The Victory Lap consists of an overall inspection of the job. The inspection includes such things as checking the operation of the windows, making sure the windows are cleaned (inside and out), all exterior walls on a siding project are cleaned, and a final walk around the house to make sure the job site is clean. We want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We always appreciate feedback from our customers. We are not a perfect company and are always listening to our customers to find ways to improve.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured

We are a company that is licensed, bonded, and insured. We take pride in handling your home improvement project from start to finish. Because we are licensed and insured, we may purchase permits in any city we work, and we have adequate insurance in case of an accident. Victory Lap

Our goal is your complete satisfaction and approval. With Dave Flores inspecting every job site daily, our high standards of job performance is constantly maintained. Each installation crew has a specific duty with Mainstream.

• Our window crews install windows, Siding crews install siding, and roofing crews install roofs. All crews are highly trained, skilled professionals who work year-round.

• At the time of completion, Dave will hand the customer a victory lap certificate to sign. We ask each customer to sign a copy of the victory lap after a complete and thorough job inspection has been done. Our job inspection includes cleaning up and hauling away all related debris; including cleaning all windows if purchased, cleaning all exterior walls on a siding project, and for new roofs; walking around the house with a nail magnet to make sure we leave a clean job site.

• We offer quality products, top-notch installation, and will service our product far after the sale. Customer referrals are a large part of our business and know that if you are happy we are happy.
